This duplex was rehabilitated in 2004 for people with disabilities who were homeless. Each unit has two bedrooms. Funding for this project was provided by HUD Supportive Housing funds, Virginia Housing Development Authority, Lyn-CAG, Federal Home Loan Bank, Affordable Housing Program, Lynchburg Neighborhood Development Fund, Lead-Safe Lynchburg, Morgan Foundation, The Greater Lynchburg Community Trust (now Foundation), Plymale Foundation, Retail Merchants Association, and St. Paul’s Episcopal Church.
