This single-family three-bedroom home was rehabilitated in 2004 for people with disabilities who were homeless. Funding for this project was provided by HUD Supportive Housing funds, Virginia Housing Development Authority, Lyn-CAG, Federal Home Loan Bank, Affordable Housing Program, Lynchburg Neighborhood Development Fund, Lead-Safe Lynchburg, Morgan Foundation, The Greater Lynchburg Community Trust (now Foundation), Plymale Foundation, Retail Merchants Association, and St. Paul’s Episcopal Church.
