1608 Ruffner Place, (DUPLEX) Lynchburg

Both two-bedroom apartments were fully renovated and equipped with new appliances, new kitchens, and new carpet in 2011. The siding was updated with cement board and energy efficiency was further improved with insulation, new windows, and new water heaters. This project was funded through the Neighborhood Stabilization Program.
