2025 Construction Guidelines

To ensure the safety of visitors and playhouses, please use the following guidelines:

• Maximum Height: 8’0”, Maximum Width: 8’0”, Maximum Length: 8’0”

• Must be easily lifted by a small forklift (less than 6000 lbs.)

• Must be designed for outdoor use.

• No sharp edges or unfinished plywood or materials.

• The playhouses will be viewed & touched by many people, including children. Please pay special attention to exposed corners, exposed nails or screws, sharp edges, and/or unfinished materials.

• No company logos or signage should be on the playhouses (display signage will be provided by Rush Homes.

• Builders are asked to transport the playhouse to the display location (TBD), and then to City Stadium, if possible.

• Please incorporate as many universal design features as possible, including a door width of 36” for wheelchair accessibility, tactile, and sensory features.
